I am slowly accruing a list of PC-RIM links.
Once upon a time there was a cookbook for PC-RIM. The electronic copy suffered an unfortunate disappearance leaving only a few paper copies scattered around the country. I got one and scanned all the pages. There is a big png of each and a little jpeg for quick download. It'll make it back into electronic form eventually, but for now this is it.
Nouakchott Notes is the title of our quarterly newsletter. I found the last couple.
There is a very complete site that was developed by a previous volunteer and which is currently under revision. Some of the information is slightly out of date, but it is an excellent resource.
We do reports every three months. To make it easier to
generate them I made a form to
create a pdf. 
I am in the process of playing with a map. This one shows various cities by GPS coordinates and puts them on a map. If you have already put in a password to access the contact list it will show which volunteers are in each city. You have to have a SVG viewer for it to work.
I am collecting a set of links that are specifically aimed at new invitees.
